FEATURES:
Single-component adhesive-sealant (PSM) based on isocyanate-free polymers with a transparent finish.
The high quality of PSM ensures excellent adhesion to most materials used in automotive and industrial vehicles, as well as in industry and construction (except materials such as PP and PE).
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, with strong adhesion even on damp surfaces.
PSM offers high resistance to aging, UV rays, saline environments, etc.
Odorless.
Very convenient to apply thanks to its outstanding thixotropy, which prevents sagging. It is 100% bubble-free and does not shrink upon curing.
APPLICATIONS:
PSM-40 TRANSPARENT is especially recommended for sealing a wide variety of materials where excellent transparency is required.
Used as an adhesive and sealant in industrial and refrigerated bodywork, shipbuilding, HVAC, construction, and a broad range of industrial and automotive sectors.
Thanks to its good flexibility and elasticity, PSM-40 TRANSPARENT can be used on parts subject to vibration and deformation.
It adheres excellently to tiles, plaster, concrete, glass, iron, steel, wood, PVC, lacquered aluminum, non-ferrous metals, stone, GFRP, and many plastics.
Its strong thixotropy ensures no sagging.
Remains permanently elastic.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Surfaces must be clean, grease-free, and dust-free before application.
It can be applied to damp surfaces and even under water immersion.
For maximum adhesion, it is recommended to sand the surface with 180–220 grit sandpaper and clean with a solvent.
Uncured PSM residue can be removed using our cleaning wipes (Ref. 045123 and 0451231).
