SPECIFICATIONS:
Our two new orbital polishers are designed to offer professional performance in a variety of applications. With different power levels and pad diameters, each model is perfectly suited to the sanding and polishing needs of sectors such as carpentry, automotive or construction. Both have a combined system of orbital movement and rotation, which
guarantees a uniform finish without marks on the surface.
• The 125 orbital sander is suitable for detailed processes and operations that require precise control, such as polishing curved areas or spaces with limited accessibility.
• The 150 orbital sander is particularly recommended for larger surfaces, where its power and wider orbit allow for faster material removal or large-scale polishing.
APPLICATIONS:
Preparation of bodywork surfaces before applying fillers, primers or paints.
Final polishing and glossing of paintwork on passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
Correction of defects in varnish layers.
Treatment of metal surfaces in manufacturing or maintenance processes.
Sanding of mechanical components, profiles and structures, ensuring uniform grinding.
Working with composite materials (e.g. GRP) and parts with complex geometries.
HOW TO USE:
1. Speed selection: Adjust the regulator according to the type of material and the desired finish.
2. Abrasive assembly: Attach the sandpaper or polishing sponge to the pad using its self-adhesive Velcro system.
3. Switching on and holding: Hold the sander firmly by the main handle and, if necessary, add the auxiliary handle for better control.
4. Uniform movement: Slide the machine with gentle movements, without applying excessive pressure, allowing the orbit and rotation to do the work.
COMPOSITION:
Each sander includes:
Main handle and ergonomic auxiliary handle.
Set of replacement brushes.
Fixing pin for attaching the sanding or polishing disc.
Hex key for adjusting and replacing accessories.
PRECAUTIONS:
Always use personal protective equipment (goggles, mask, gloves and hearing protection).
Make sure the abrasive is properly fixed before turning on the machine.
Do not apply excessive force to avoid overheating or damaging the surface.
Keep the sander disconnected from the power supply before carrying out any maintenance.
Work in well-ventilated areas free from flammable elements.
