    SPECIFICATIONS:
    Neutral silicone-based sealant member of a versatile new generation with a WIDE VARIETY OF
    APPLICATIONS in the construction industry.
    It meets the requirements of the 3 main construction-related CE markings (hence the name
    NG3) which are:
    1. Sealant for facades and walls.
    2. Sealant for glazing
    3. Sealant for sanitary joints/wet rooms

    It cures in ambient humidity to form a permanently elastic putty with high weathering UV radiation
    resistance.
    Provides excellent adhesion on a wide variety of materials and an outstanding adaptation to
    movement.
    Does not emit unpleasant odours.
    Contains fungicide for use in sanitary applications.
    Can be used both indoors and outside.
     

    APPLICATIONS:
    A top-quality product for use as a general-purpose sealant on a wide variety of materials such
    as glass, aluminium, lacquered aluminium and wood, plastics, metals, concrete, brick, ceramics,
    etc.
    Some typical applications: in situ fittings sealant (aluminium, PVC or wood) expansion joints and
    perimeter joints, glazing, non-buried or submerged piping, etc.
    Due to its high resistance to mould formation it is also suitable for sealing in sanitary applications.
     

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
    The substrates to be joined must be dry, clean and free of dust, grease, etc. It may sometimes be
    necessary to sand the surface and clean with a solvent. (MEK, ACETONE, alcohol, etc).
    Apply the product in the form of a bead, spray with silicone smoothing agent (04517501/2/3) and
    apply a final topcoat with the help of a spatula.
     

    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
    Skin formation time: 8-15 minutes
    Curing speed: 2-4 mm/day
