SPECIFICATIONS:
Very high quality single-component adhesive featuring a combination of very high initial tack and exceptional curing speed.
Differentiating properties:
• HIGH INITIAL TACK: withstands approximately 40 gr/cm2 immediately after application. This enables installation without requiring temporary mechanical support such as plugs, clamps, etc.
• EXCEPTIONAL CURING SPEED: the extremely high curing speed enables the user to put facilities installed with this product into service as soon as 20 minutes* after application.
• LOW VISCOSITY: its viscosity is suitable for application through standard caulking nozzles like a conventional adhesive which means that it is quick and convenient to apply. It also enables the user to join workpieces extremely accurately using a very thin layer of adhesive between them.

It also has the following features:
• Free of isocyanates and silicon.
• High strength once cured.
• Good adhesion on wet substrates
• Constant elasticity.
• Non-corrosive.
• Very low odour emission.
• Good resistance to humidity.
• Good weather resistance.
• Does not require a primer on most substrates.

APPLICATIONS:
It can be used as an adhesive for instant gluing of all kinds of wood, concrete, stone, PVC, PU, hard plastic, marble, aluminium, galvanized sheet metal and iron components, etc. in the construction, automotive and industrial vehicle industries, metalwork, caravan construction, marine vessels, hotel furnishings, etc.
Thanks to its extremely fast curing speed, it is especially recommended when the bonded workpiece is required to enter service soon after application. A cupboard can be installed and filled within 20 minutes, for example, or a coat rack secured and used to hang a jacket within the same time...

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
The substrates to be bonded must be clean and free of grease and dust.
Apply beads of the product with conventional or dual caulking nozzles.
Join the workpieces to be bonded and press them for 5-10 seconds.
The bond will have acquired 80% of its final strength after 20 minutes.
