CHARACTERISTICS:
Synthetic based grease for high loads and long life lubrication in difficult environmental conditions. Formulated with synthetic and highly refined hydrocarbon bases reinforced with additives to improve its properties. An inorganic thickener with high temperature resistance is used.
Contains PTFE.
It is a lubricant suitable for accidental contact with food, classified as H1 by NSF.

Its characteristics include:
Excellent adhesion and sealing capacity that allows to extend greasing intervals even in the presence of cold or hot water, salt water and water steam.
Protects against corrosion.
Working temperature from -20 to +160 ºC. Can withstand temperatures above 200 ºC without losing its structure.
High resistance to aging and shearing.
High load bearing capacity and extreme pressure.

APPLICATIONS:
Especially indicated for lubrication of open or closed points in harsh working conditions: exposure to environmental humidity, vibration, vapors, dirt, high loads and pressures. Thanks to its properties it allows to extend greasing periods.
Bearings and plain bearings operating at medium and low speeds in difficult environmental conditions up to a speed factor of approximately 300,000 (Speed factor: Mean bearing diameter in mm X rotational speed in rpm).
Particularly suitable for application in bottling plants, food packaging (seaming machines in canning industry, horticultural-fruit warehouses), granulators (manual lubrication), textile finishing, sewage plants, equipment in ports, ships, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
It is applied directly on the part to be protected.
