Easy threadlocker - medium strength 2241

FEATURES:
Anaerobic threadlockers are designed to secure threaded metal components, both in applications that require later disassembly and in those where a permanent bond is needed.
They eliminate the need for a wide variety of pins, metal washers, and rubber washers.
They offer high mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as resistance to high temperatures (up to 230 ºC).
They protect threads against oxidation, wear, and deformation.
Ref. 04520272 complies with CVGW regulations for gas installations.

APPLICATIONS:
Recommended for securing and protecting bolts, nuts, screws, and general threaded metal components in a wide variety of application fields such as shipbuilding, pump and turbine manufacturers, sanitary installations, tractor manufacturers, electronics and mechanical industries, engine manufacturers and mechanical engineering, auto repair shops, industrial and public works vehicles, industrial maintenance services, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Parts to be joined must be clean and dry.
It is recommended to apply the product on the male thread and carry out the assembly.
The time before putting into service ranges from 1h to 3h depending on the application temperature and the type of metal the parts are made of.
Assembly does not need to be immediate, as the resin does not start to cure until the parts are joined (it reacts in the absence of air).
