Easy threadlocker - high strength 2270

FEATURES:
Anaerobic threadlockers are suitable for securing threaded metal components, both in applications that require future disassembly and in those where the bond must be permanent.
They eliminate the need to use a wide variety of pins, metal and rubber washers.
They offer high mechanical and chemical resistance, as well as resistance to high temperatures (up to 230 ºC).
They protect threads against oxidation, wear, and deformation.

APPLICATIONS:
Recommended for securing and protecting bolts, nuts, screws, and general threaded metal components in a wide range of applications such as shipbuilding, pump and turbine manufacturers, sanitary installations, tractor manufacturers, electronics and mechanical industries, engine manufacturers and mechanical engineering, auto repair workshops, industrial and public works vehicles, industrial maintenance services, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Parts to be assembled must be clean and dry.
It is recommended to apply the product on the male thread and carry out the assembly.
The time before putting into service varies between 1h and 3h depending on the application temperature and the type of metal of the parts to be joined.
It is not necessary to assemble immediately since the resin does not begin to cure until the parts are joined (it reacts in the absence of air).
