SPECIFICATIONS:
Specific system for cleaning the vehicle's Diesel particulate filter (FAP or DPF); completely dissolves the soot and ash residues that accumulate in the particulate filter.
The system consists of:
• DPF INJECTION TOOL (0841040): Compressed air gun for injecting cleaning products through the particle filter. Includes 2 interchangeable probes that enable carrying out the operation in any type of diesel exhaust system.
• DPF CLEANER (0459744): Non-flammable detergent liquid, free of metals in suspension, specific for cleaning diesel particulate filters.
• DPF NEUTRALIZER (0459745): A specific liquid to neutralize the DPF CLEANER and rinse particulate filters.
The product acts in depth on the internal "honeycomb" of the particulate filter, eliminating carbonaceous residues and the soot, thus facilitating the regeneration of the filter and, therefore, restoring the operation of the exhaust system.
BENEFITS:
- Increases the useful life of the DPF.
- Works without disassembly, quick, safe and profitable.
- Reduces polluting emissions.
APPLICATIONS:
Blockage of the filter causes loss of performance, and could cause damage to the turbo or engine. This system is an easy and fast way for directly cleaning particulate filters without the need for disassembly and avoiding filter replacement.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
PREPARATION
Raise the car on the lift and wait for the exhaust pipe to cool completely.
During the process foam and product will flow through the exhaust pipe, so a collector should be placed at the exhaust system outlet. Use the rigid probe when the filter temperature sensor is located below the filter. Use the flexible probe when the sensor is located in another difficult to access position.
CLEANING
Pour the contents of the DPF CLEANER liquid detergent into the gun reservoir (0841040), connect the gun to the workshop air pressure system.
Remove the temperature sensor from the particulate filter and insert the probe into the filter so that the liquid is sprayed in the direction of the exhaust gas outlet.
Spray the cleaner at intervals of 1 minute allowing 2 minutes between spraying. Repeat this procedure until all the contents of the rinsing detergent are poured.
Leave the product to act for 30 minutes to dissolve all soot particles.
RINSING/NEUTRALIZATION
Fill the gun reservoir with DPF NEUTRALIZER and spray the entire product in the direction of the exhaust gas outlet.
Dry the sensor hose with compressed air after washing to avoid incorrect readings of the engine management system or diagnostic tools.
Wait 10 minutes and reconnect the disassembled sensor and start the vehicle for about 15 minutes in a medium-high RPM range (> 2,500) to start a regeneration cycle or otherwise initiate an electronic regeneration.
