Ceramic welding spray

SPECIFICATIONS:
Silicon-free ceramic shield that provides more than 8 hours of protection for welding units.
Ceramic shield forms a dry non-stick film that prevents flying particles and weld slag from adhering to the adjacent surfaces. The effect lasts for up to 8 hours after application, extending the tools’ life and greatly reducing the time invested in cleaning the equipment.

APPLICATIONS:
Specially recommended for MIG/MAG, laser and plasma cutting welding but also ideal for protecting the equipment used in spot welding (clamps, fastenings, sensors, etc).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Clean and degrease the surfaces to be protected. Important: shake the spray vigorously for 1 minute before applying.
Apply the product in a uniform film from a distance of 10-15 cm on the component to be protected, avoiding saturation.
Leave to dry for 20 seconds.
The translucent film will turn white when dry.
Nozzles must be dismantled for protection.
Apply the product to the parts, reassemble the nozzle and apply the product to the interior and exterior.
The air system must be activated to avoid clogging the holes.
Take care not to apply excessive amounts of the product.
When finished, turn the can upside down and press for a few seconds to prevent obstructions in the diffuser.
