SPECIFICATIONS:
Flexible, round butyl tape for compression sealing, with great adhesiveness for fixing small profiles. It is characterized by its vibration damping properties between the two supports.
Its main features are:
• High probe tack and high elasticity.
• Impermeable to water, humidity and dust.
• Compatible and adherent with steel, metal, aluminum, glass, PVC, Plexiglas, polycarbonate, wood, concrete and most common construction materials.
• High resistance to aging.
• Excellent thermal stability.
• The product is 100% silicone-free.
APPLICATIONS:
For fixing plastic or upholstery coverings on doors.
For sealing metal constructions, panels, roofs and carpentry products, fiber cement boards, assembled prefabricated structures, corrugated sheets, manholes, ducts and concrete tanks.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
The tapes must be applied on dry, clean and impurity-free surfaces. If they are applied at a temperature between -5ºC and 10ºC, it is necessary to first ensure that there is no condensed moisture on the surface. If the surfaces are porous, it is advisable to stabilize the surface.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Unroll the desired length of the product, remove the silicone film covering the adhesive part, place the tape in the appropriate position and press with a roller or cloth.
