BLINKER MIX FLEXIBLE ADHESIVE

SPECIFICATIONS:
Two-component polyurethane adhesive that cures quickly from the inside out. It has excellent resistance to weathering and aging. It can be machined after 15-30 minutes of application. It has a high resistance to chemical agents such as solvents, gasoline, acids and alkalis.
Good adhesion to plastics, metals, wood, ceramics and fiberglass. It does not contain solvents.

APPLICATIONS:
Effective repair of damaged plastic parts. Windows, doors, greenhouses, glass industry: carpentry, frames, corner joints. Nautical: joining interior elements and clamp accessories. Renewable energies: repair of small holes and defects (emergency repair), joining of inserts and additions to rotor blades (e.g. lightning receivers), linking in cable axes.
Plastic industry: fast fixing of assemblies (clips, handles, etc.), individual adaptability of plastic parts, axles, rings, filling of pores, putty for repairing holes, cuts, imperfections in moulded polyurethane elements, bonding of special models, design and prototypes. Metal industry: assemblies, reinforcements.
Wood industry: bonding of broken wooden hinges or connectors.

HOW TO USE: Place the mixing nozzle on the cartridge. Always make sure that both channels of the cartridge are open and not blocked. Before starting the application, discard an initial bead (5 cm), thus ensuring that the mixing ratio is correct and the product is ready for use. Surfaces must always be dry and free of dust, oils or grease.
The drying time depends on the thickness, working temperature and the temperature of your substrates. The optimum working temperature is 22 ºC. For some repairs, the use of a reinforcing film on the back of holes and cutouts may be beneficial. The use of films can help to shape and form the adhesive. These sheets should be removed after curing. On all unprepared metals it is recommended to clean with a solvent base first and then sand. Remove any rust or corrosion. If the substrate is too cold, a thin film of condensed water may condense on the surface, and this can cause adhesion failure. This can be prevented by tempering the surface prior to the bonding process.
