Assembly adhesive

FEATURES:
Single-component adhesive based on “Neoprene” rubber, specially designed for bonding rigid PVC baseboards and wood wedges or slats on all substrates traditionally used in construction.
Also recommended for installing rigid insulations except expanded or extruded polystyrene. Water and heat resistant.
Very flexible and stable to humidity at temperatures from -20 ºC to 100 ºC.
Excellent initial adhesion and cohesion of the glue layer.

APPLICATIONS:
For mounting and bonding wood pieces or various synthetic materials on wood, concrete, plaster, stone, particleboard, rubber, metal, marble, or granite.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dry, free of dust and grease.
Apply the adhesive in beads or dots (spacing between each dot 20-40 cm).
Join the pieces and press firmly. Initial solidification is very high.
Final polymerization is achieved after 48 to 72 hours.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Color: Beige in base colors or yellow in special batches.
Density: approximately 1.13 g/cm³
Film formation: approximately 1 minute, variable depending on bead thickness at room temperature.
Content: 310 ml

Store up to 12 months in a dry place between 10 ºC and 25 ºC, avoiding sudden changes in temperature and humidity.
