FEATURES:
Professional alu-zinc silver paint with exceptional corrosion resistance, based on an epoxy ester and high-quality zinc and aluminum particles.
Through electrochemical reactions, a minimum layer thickness of 80 microns provides long-lasting and durable protection for iron and steel.
• Excellent corrosion resistance
• Excellent insulator
• Thixotropic structure allows horizontal application in paste form
• Fast drying, dust-free
• Highly resistant to fuels, chemicals, water, salt, and weather conditions
• Excellent adhesion on bare or smooth metal
• Ideal for spot welding
• Great for decorative purposes
• Propellant gas harmless to the ozone layer
APPLICATIONS:
Cold galvanizing paint.
Used in metal construction, guardrails and safety railings, finishing welds, etc.
Perfectly suitable for spot welding and for repairs on newly galvanized metals.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Polish, dry, dust off, degrease, and, if possible, sandblast or clean the metal with pumice stone.
Cover surrounding areas not to be treated.
Shake the aerosol well for two minutes and occasionally during use.
Spray vertically at a distance of 20–30 cm from the surface.
For best results, apply several thin coats rather than one thick one. Wait a few minutes between coats.
After use, clean the valve by inverting the can and spraying until only gas comes out.
After 24 hours, apply a zinc layer and final paint. In areas without zinc, be aware of the saponifying (alkaline) nature of the galvanizing paint while fresh if a final paint hasn't yet been chosen.
