SPECIFICATIONS:
Dry and long-lasting foam generator. Designed for cleaning tasks in various sectors. Provides the user with a dense, permanent foam ideal for professional cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting work, cleaning air conditioning systems (HVAC), washing and car detailing, cleaning bicycles, as well as for disinfecting food processing areas and kitchens industrial. It has a large filling nozzle, ergonomic design, safety valve set at 3 bar (depressurizable), base for greater stability, colored lids to identify the contents of the tank, safety lock on the opening and closing system.
The sprayer is equipped with three mixers (orange, gray and green) that allow you to vary the type of foam, allowing you to choose between wet, intermediate or dry foam. By using foam, we can increase the contact time between the chemical product and the surface to be cleaned. Ideal for cleaning fabrics and upholstery, avoiding excessive soaking which causes the appearance of fungi and bacteria, and finally providing greater visual control of the sprayed surface.
Easy manual assembly and disassembly allows complete maintenance without the need for tools.

HOW TO USE:
1. Follow the dilution percentage recommended by the supplier of the foaming agent to be used.
2. Pump the sprayer until the pressure limiting valve trips.
3. Make sure the filters are clean.

MAINTENANCE:
• After each use, depressurize the sprayer and clean it.
• Collect and dispose of residual quantity in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and standards.
• Clean the device with water.
• If the mouthpiece is clogged, clean it with water, avoiding using metal objects.
• The sprayer has a felt pad before the nozzle. This felt should be cleaned with water when it becomes dirty. If it is completely deteriorated, it must be replaced. Includes a strip with 10 felt units.
• Store the sprayer in a sheltered place, to avoid frost and strong heat (between 5°C and 30°C).
• To extend the life of the seals, regularly lubricate the sprayer's moving parts.
